Sauce and Salad Dressing Recipe

Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup pickles
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 very finely chopped boiled egg
1 very finely chopped red chili


How to make it:
Mix all ingredients until creamy and refrigerate until chill.

Tartar sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 cup  Mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
• 1/4 tablespoon very finely chopped red chili
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon very finely chopped parsley 
• 1/4 teaspoon very finely chopped onion 

Preparation:

Mix ingredients until well blended; store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
